Protesters have clashed with police during a demonstration in support of Constantina Kuneva, the union activist who thugs attempted to murder in an acid attack last month, leaving her blind in one eye and her vocal chords destroyed. Constantina had been campaigning against the shocking working conditions and near slave wages paid to migrant workers by unscrupulous, criminal employment agencies.
